Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing in Grand Rapids, MN. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for patients' personal and hygiene needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity.">
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides, to deliver high-quality patient care.">
• Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake.">
• Monitor patients' vital signs, record intake/output, and document any changes or concerns.">
• Report any issues or changes in patient care to supervisors promptly.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota.">
• At least 6 months of experience in a nursing facility (preferred but not required).">
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.">
• A compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.">
