Position SummaryWe're seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician who is passionate about delivering top-notch care, especially for seniors. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with advanced technologies and drive patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based primary care with an emphasis on senior patients.
- Conduct annual wellness exams and perform minor office procedures.
- Ensure patients receive comprehensive care by coordinating with specialists and educating them on diverse health topics.
- Lead and participate in team case discussions and aim for established HEDIS and CAHPS goals.
- Commit to excellence, innovation, and superior patient experience, while adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Internist or Family Practice clinician, with 1-3 years in managed care a plus.
- M.D. / D.O. degree, Residency program completion in the U.S., and Board Certification or the ability to be certified within 6 months.
- Licensed to practice in the state.
