Job Overview

Salary: $30-$40 hourly

About The SpOT Clinic: We are dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric physical therapy services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of children and their families through compassionate care.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver tailored physical therapy interventions.
  • Foster a positive and dynamic therapeutic atmosphere for children and their families.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on pediatric therapy advancements.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Collaborate effectively with a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all professional interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Alabama.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in pediatric physical therapy.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability Requirements:

  • PRN staff may be scheduled in advance for planned absences but can also be called for unscheduled needs.
  • Each PRN employee is required to work at least one shift per calendar month.
