About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires extensive daily travel throughout your local region. As a Senior Foot Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to seniors in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized foot care services to seniors, prioritizing lower extremity health and safety.
- Adhere to Belle's protocols to ensure a hygienic service and minimize the risk of infection.
- Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle's mobile application during each service to escalate clinical concerns and observations.
- Cultivate a positive rapport with clients, fostering trust to effectively convey foot care education and promote enduring foot health.
- Keep accurate client records, ensuring HIPAA compliance and effective communication with Belle's administrative team.
- Ensure punctuality for all appointments through consistent good attendance and proper automobile maintenance.
- Update job knowledge by participating in Belle-provided continuing educational opportunities.
- Promote and assist with the booking of future appointments for clients prior to ending the appointment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be 18 years of age or older.
- To hold valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology's and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure (based on role location).
- To not be debarred or excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, FEHBP or any other federal or state government programs.
- To hold a valid Driver's License and adequate car insurance.
- To be able to maintain reliable transportation.
- To have basic mobile device skills.
- To complete and pass required credential checks (based on state location) including, but not limited to, a background check and drug test.
- To be able to frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents and phone/tablet, and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time.
- To be able to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis.
