Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 7-Eleven, Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales through effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
  • Drive sales through effective communication with customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Perform cashier duties, including ringing sales and maintaining cash control
  • Perform regular cleaning activities and other tasks as assigned
  • Forecast, order, and stock merchandise with appropriate training
  • Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors

Physical Requirements:

The position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
