Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. This includes knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving guidelines, as well as the ability to craft innovative cocktails using a variety of ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving guidelines.
  • Knowledge of all garnishes and tools needed for a complete bar setup.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
• Customer Service
  • Greet and serve guests with excellent customer service using appropriate language.
  • Be attentive to guests' needs at all times.
• Bar Operations
  • Keep service stations neat and clean and follow service/sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to lift, push, and carry 20-40 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver in narrow areas between seated guests.
  • Ability to continuously stand during shifts.
• Teamwork and Adaptability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
