Job Overview

PSC Biotech is a leading provider of life sciences services, ensuring the highest standards of health care product development, manufacturing, and distribution. We are seeking a highly skilled CQV Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation, with experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and executing protocols, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and execute commissioning, qualification, and validation protocols for equipment and systems.
  • Schedule and execute qualification activities.
  • Draft, review, and deploy validation documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, reports, and master plans.
  • Document and report validation activities and results.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze test results and data to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
  • 3-5 years of commissioning, qualification, and validation experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with IQ, OQ, and PQ execution.
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic processes and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
