The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation, with experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and executing protocols, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and execute commissioning, qualification, and validation protocols for equipment and systems.
- Schedule and execute qualification activities.
- Draft, review, and deploy validation documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, reports, and master plans.
- Document and report validation activities and results.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze test results and data to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of commissioning, qualification, and validation experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with IQ, OQ, and PQ execution.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic processes and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and requirements.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
