**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant to work in our operations department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Assist with organizing the lot for weekly auctions
  • Verify vehicle markings and parking
  • Direct drivers on auction day
  • Perform seasonal tasks as needed (snow removal)
  • Operate various equipment

**Requirements:**
  • Friendly and customer service-focused attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Able to walk and stand for long periods and work outdoors
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions

**Compensation:**
The hourly rate for this position is approximately $16.50, with opportunities for performance bonuses. This figure is based on industry standards and local market rates.
