The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in managing and implementing human resources initiatives that align with our organizational goals. This position will focus on various HR functions to ensure smooth operations within our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong employee relations through effective management of employee investigations and performance evaluations.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring that new employees are well-versed in company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive physical and digital employee records, including benefits and attendance documentation.
  • Address employment-related inquiries from staff and management, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Develop and implement an employee engagement strategy that promotes a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in leave administration, EEOC reporting, and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels, regularly reviewing policies for adherence.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to enhance our HR functions.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with department leaders to identify the necessary skills and competencies for open positions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources.

  • Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and enthusiasm in a collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as required by business needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong database management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all HR matters.
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and paid time off.
