Job Purpose
Reporting to the End of Line Test Manager, the Power Systems Testing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting DC Fast Charger initiatives.
This role entails crafting test protocols, organizing testing materials, ensuring the accuracy of test completions, liaising with internal stakeholders, and compiling final test documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate within a manufacturing team to support the DC Fast Charge project.
- Author and refine test protocols.
- Develop and enhance testing methodologies.
- Formulate corrective actions, solutions, and enhancements.
- Qualify and validate testing infrastructures at the manufacturing site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of testing experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external teams.
- Strong report writing capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in multitasking, with a keen attention to detail, and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to accurately document processes, procedures, and training materials.
- General knowledge of control systems, electrical testing, and troubleshooting.
- Awareness of project requirements and the ability to operate within a deadline-driven project environment.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally.
