Job Title: RN Supervisor

At US Oncology, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the care of patients undergoing cancer treatment. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of patients undergoing cancer treatment
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
  • Current RN state license and registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 0-3 years nursing experience, preferably in oncology
