Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team in the Fox Valley area. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care and education to individuals with kidney disease. Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct ongoing education and training for patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • 6 months of acute dialysis experience preferred
  • Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience preferred
