Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

SimVentions is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Tomahawk Team in the Dahlgren/Fredericksburg, VA area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of systems engineering and supporting test activities in a lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead candidate change package development to incorporate stakeholder inputs and facilitate software and hardware system changes
  • Utilize software applications such as MagicDraw/Cameo, DOORS, MS Office, and others to develop and review architectures, requirements, white papers, test procedures, and reports
  • Requirements management, architecture development, capabilities assessments, and preparing engineering artifacts that facilitate new capabilities or enhancements
Requirements:
  • United States Citizenship
  • Primary needs are being analytical and being mission focused
  • Must either have a STEM degree or 10 years of relevant experience and an additional 5 years of experience, preferably with Tomahawk or other similar Navy weapons systems
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • TTWCS experience
  • Navy experience
  • DoD Acquisition Engineering experience

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $122,000 (USD).
