**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Nighttime Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for baking our bread and bakery items each night according to our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Bake bread and bakery items according to Panera Bread standards
• Execute a variety of tasks including prep, cleaning, and stocking
• Partner with and support cafe managers and teammates as needed
• Work independently overnight (approx. 9pm-8am)
• Organize duties and multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements:**

• Minimum age of 18 to operate all equipment
• Some High School; Diploma/GED is preferred
• Prior baking, restaurant, or food service experience
• Ability to work independently overnight
• Self-starter with ability to organize duties and multitask
• Approved criminal background check
• Meet physical activities and requirements of the job
