The Good Feet Store, established in 1992, has emerged as the leading manufacturer and retailer of high-quality, custom-fitted arch supports, with around 250 locations dedicated to customer comfort and pain relief.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Controller on various accounting and financial tasks.
  • Compile and analyze financial data to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of financial/business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage and implement policies and procedures related to accounting, payroll, inventory, and other relevant areas.
  • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring journal integrity and conducting balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting and tax obligations, including interactions with tax agencies.
  • Enhance budgeting and forecasting systems and processes.
  • Oversee payroll processing.

Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
