Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Growth to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for directing, coordinating, training, and supervising the Sales Managers and the Sales Administrators in all sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate sales efforts to achieve revenue growth
  • Train and supervise Sales Managers and Sales Administrators
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase direct revenue
  • Grow existing accounts and generate new business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of sales leadership experience in similar sized operation required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, catering sales, conference service, and marketing management experience
  • Proven team leader with high energy and motivation
  • Intermediate to proficient understanding of computer systems such as Opera, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
