Hospitality Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at the Santa Fe Cattle Company. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Select and prepare tables for guests, taking into account special requests and preferences.
• Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and silverware, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Monitor the dining room for potential issues and address guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with servers and other staff members to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Perform tasks such as restroom checks, customer counts, and open menu counts to ensure seamless service.
• Manage special seating requests and accommodate guests' needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
