Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting Membership sales, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support Membership sales by promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to management.
  • Fulfill Member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues and concerns.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
