Repack Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Repack Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Companies. As a Repack Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly packaged and prepared for distribution.

• Confirm and separate breakage product from previous day placement on breakage carts or returns.
• Stack like product together, pull repack boxes, glue the repack boxes, and build new packaging per standard.
• Repack all sellable product and put away to correct pick locations.
• Dispose of any out-of-date product sitting on shelves within the repack room.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the main warehouse and repack room.
• Document all repack and turn into inventory specialist at the end of each day.

• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
