Job Overview

Schulte Companies is in search of a dedicated Event Service Attendant to become a vital part of our exceptional hospitality team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Clear and set tables, ensuring all necessary condiments are available
  • Prepare event spaces: arrange table linens, dishware, and cutlery as required
  • Assist in tidying and organizing after events conclude
  • Maintain familiarity with all menu offerings, including preparation and service methods
  • Serve food and beverages to guests during events as needed
  • Comply with all relevant State, Federal, and Corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
  • Accommodate reasonable special requests from guests
  • Follow instructions from the Banquet Captain, Lead Server, or Banquet Manager
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, restaurant, banquets, or hotel settings is essential

  • Strong team collaboration skills
