Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch patient care by performing various imaging and radiologic procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Model proficiency through precepting new team members and staying up-to-date with the latest imaging techniques.
- Contribute to a safe and quality-focused environment by implementing best practices in radiology.
- Review patient history, initiate computed tomography images, and prioritize patient education to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation.
- Administer contrast media or associated imaging medications while monitoring patient condition and responding to changes as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registered, or registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- State licensure if required by law.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
