Job Description

Our Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of airport operations, ensuring efficient and safe airport functioning. This role involves managing a team of operations staff, coordinating with airlines and airport authorities, and implementing operational procedures and policies. The Operations Manager also plays a crucial role in crisis management, responding to emergencies and operational disruptions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the airport service team
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient airport operations
  • Implement operational policies and procedures in line with company objectives and industry standards
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols
  • Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and service quality
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • In-depth knowledge of airport operational procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using aviation-specific software and technology
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle emergencies effectively
