We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by developing and conducting individualized therapy programs for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establish appropriate treatment goals, and structure and implement individualized patient programs to improve communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments
  • Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Document progress in patient charts and consult with Program Director and Rehab Physician/Medical Director as needed

Requirements:

  • Certified Speech Language Hearing, or Speech Pathologist
  • Strong background in speech-language pathology
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
