Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Agent to join our team at Island View Casino Resort. As a Surveillance Agent, you will be responsible for observing and documenting activities associated with gaming and non-gaming regulatory requirements and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and document activities associated with gaming and non-gaming regulatory requirements and procedures
  • Detect and report any violations to the Shift Supervisor
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related experience in casino gaming, security, investigations, or closed circuit TV monitoring
  • Ability to obtain MS Gaming Permit
