Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Selector at Martin Brower. As an Order Selector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient selection of customer orders, building orders according to assigned load tickets, and safely operating powered industrial equipment within the warehouse.

• Order Selection: Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders, and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse.
• Inventory Management: Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse.
• Sanitation and Housekeeping: Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets.

• Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
• Availability: Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, due to our 24/7 operation.
