Addiction Therapist

The Adult Outpatient Program at Community Care Alliance is seeking a dedicated Addiction Therapist to provide individual therapy to adults struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. As an Outpatient Clinician, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

In this role, you will utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to promote long-term recovery and well-being. Your responsibilities will also include completing session notes, treatment plans, and referring clients to community resources.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in mental health and addiction services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. A salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per year reflects your expertise and dedication.
