We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Emanate Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure, store, and distribute medications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform clinical consults and conduct ongoing drug utilization review to promote effective and safe medication use.
  • Supervise technicians to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Pharm.D. degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting.
