Key Responsibilities of the Food Service Aide:
  • Assist in the receipt and storage of food and supplies to minimize waste and ensure quality. Properly date, label, and store items while adhering to food safety protocols.
  • Responsible for cleaning, stacking, washing, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, as well as removing any damaged items from circulation.
  • Ensure the proper transportation and storage of clean dishes and utensils, maintaining sufficient quantities for meal preparation and service.
  • Participate in a mandatory rotating weekend schedule.
