As a key member of our dynamic and growing team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of civil engineering projects for our private and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, management, and construction administration.
  • Work with a team of professionals to solve problems, reduce risk and costs, optimize performance, and satisfy client needs.
  • Develop and review all design aspects of projects, including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities.
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials to impact the project from conceptual and design phases through regulatory review, bidding, and construction.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.).
  • Ability to speak and write professionally.
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff.
  • Ability to develop and provide technical review of Civil Engineering deliverables.
  • Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution.
  • Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD Civil 3D for layout, grading, and pipe design.
