Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dining Room Server to join our team at Arbors At Chicopee. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Excellent Service: Deliver food and beverages to residents in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
  • Maintain a Clean and Comfortable Environment: Vacuum and clean the dining room after each meal service, reset tables, and refill condiments and beverages as needed.
  • Stock and Replenish: Restock the pub area with condiments, paper goods, and beverages, and replenish snacks as scheduled.
  • Assist Dietary and Chef Teams: Assist the dietary aide and chef as needed, and provide support during meal preparation and service.

Requirements:

  • Age and Experience: Must be at least 16 years old and have demonstrated dietary experience.
  • Sensitivity and Adaptability: Must be sensitive to the needs of elders and disabled individuals, and be able to adapt to changing situations.
