Job Summary

The Server is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase revenue and drive sales.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers certification (as required by state regulations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
