Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet production schedules and quality standards
  • Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and corporate standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall performance
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Office software and data entry skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
  • Team player with a willingness to work extra hours and weekends as needed
