Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care delivery.
