Industrial Janitor

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to become part of our team as a General Cleaner. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, adaptability, and dependable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Collect and dispose of waste materials.
• Restock and organize supply areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning agents and equipment.
• Dust and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications

• No prior janitorial experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Must be capable of meeting physical demands, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Position Details

Compensation: $16.25 per hour, Full-Time, 1st Shift.

Shift Hours: General Cleaner shifts are available with flexible hours.

Additional benefits include paid vacation, attendance bonuses, and mileage reimbursement when applicable. Candidates should be prepared to work in a challenging environment that may be dusty and require lifting up to 50 lbs.

A sign-on bonus of $200 is available after 30 days of employment, with an additional $100 bonus after 90 days.
