Job SummaryThe Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by handling register transactions, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with product location and usage.
- Register Operations: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Store Appearance and Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained, restock shelves, and face merchandise to create an attractive display.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
$10.76 per hour.
