Our team is committed to maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism, ensuring that every pet's stay is as comfortable as possible.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Customer Service Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to both pet owners and their pets.
- Being the first point of contact for clients, establishing trust and rapport.
- Handling reservations, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism.
- Greeting clients warmly and ensuring their needs are met during check-in.
- Managing billing and cash reports with precision.
- Assisting with pet care tasks as needed, contributing to a positive environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both in person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including email and spreadsheets.
- A genuine passion for working with animals and people.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
This position requires flexibility, with a commitment of 20-30 hours per week. Availability during peak times, including holidays and weekends, is essential to support our operations.
