Job SummaryThis full-time position involves working one-on-one with clients in their homes and our CLINIC facility. Your primary responsibilities will include reducing problem behaviors and teaching prosocial skills. To ensure your success, we provide hands-on training and weekly supervision from a case supervisor.
Key Qualifications- Experience working directly with individuals with special needs and/or children is ideal.
- A willingness to learn and pursue a career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) is essential.
- You must have a GED or high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- CPR certification is required, or you must be willing to obtain it upon hire.
