Behavioral Therapist

At The Behavior Doc LLC, we strive to create a supportive environment for our clients and staff. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering behavior programming to individuals with special needs and behavior concerns.

We are a provider-focused agency, committed to establishing effective treatment and quality outcomes for our clients. Our team of doctorate-level analysts ensures that our providers receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.

This full-time position involves working one-on-one with clients in their homes and our CLINIC facility. Your primary responsibilities will include reducing problem behaviors and teaching prosocial skills. To ensure your success, we provide hands-on training and weekly supervision from a case supervisor.

• Experience working directly with individuals with special needs and/or children is ideal.
• A willingness to learn and pursue a career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) is essential.
• You must have a GED or high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• CPR certification is required, or you must be willing to obtain it upon hire.
