Sales Technology Optimization Specialist

At Minitab, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Technology Optimization Specialist to drive the optimization of our sales technology stack. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to align our tech stack with revenue goals and improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Sales Operations experience and a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with different sales technology tools, including automation platforms, dialers, account/contact databases, content management, and enablement tools, is required.
In this role, you'll manage and integrate sales tools, support enablement initiatives, and deliver actionable insights on the effectiveness and impact of our tech stack across the sales organization. You'll also work with sales enablement to onboard new hires, train existing employees, design/build workflows, and drive adoption and utilization of our tech stack.
To succeed in this position, you'll analyze performance metrics, refine KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your strategic recommendations will be invaluable in helping us achieve organizational growth and revenue objectives.
