Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Technologist (Nights) to work independently and efficiently in our laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory technology, with a focus on tube/pneumatic experience and phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet laboratory goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Requirements:
  • ASCP certification (equivalent certification not accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years of current MT experience
  • Tube/pneumatic experience required
  • Phlebotomy skills required
  • Hematology, chemistry, and coagulation experience required
  • Micro and blood bank experience required
  • Travel experience highly preferred
  • CPSI experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Critical access hospital experience preferred
