Dietary Cook

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Cook to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met and their overall health is enhanced.

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitoring food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning.
• Provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
• Ensure quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred.
• One year of experience as a cook in a large-scale cooking operation highly preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
