We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join our team at Aquor Technologies in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. As an OT, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and mental abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to enhance fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Patient Assessments: Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental abilities to determine rehabilitation needs.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
