Sales Advisor

Mayweather Boxing + Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at our Hewlett studio. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance sales indicators, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic. You will also be responsible for responding to member requests, inquiries, and concerns, as well as greeting members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly and positive experience at the studio.

Position Title: Sales Advisor

Reports to: Studio Manager

Pay Structure: $15- $17 per hour, plus commission

A day in the life:

● Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio

● Following up and following through with all prospective clients

● Responding to member requests, inquiries, and concerns

● Greeting members and guests promptly and enthusiastically

● Accurately following the daily studio checklist

● Working hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing + Fitness workout

● Handling member concerns professionally and objectively

● Participating in marketing and outreach events

● Maintaining an organized and clean lobby and front desk

● Keeping up with studio cleaning checklists

● Attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing + Fitness training programs
