Job Description

The Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that will support the Nursing Program Director in managing programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education, and fostering a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students.   • Assist the Nursing Program Director in managing programs, including curriculum development, course scheduling, and faculty support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including student data, program evaluations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement curriculum changes, ensuring alignment with program goals and accreditation standards.
  • Provide support for faculty development, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Assist with the coordination of clinical placements, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and maintaining positive relationships with clinical partners.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, including program evaluations and accreditation processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in nursing education, with a minimum of 2 years in a faculty role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
