We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and other medical interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices in critical care nursing.
- Current New Hampshire RN license required.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- PALS certification required for Emergency Department.
- 3 years of critical care experience preferred.
- Basic Dysrhythmia and NHISS certification preferred.
The Registered Nurse Critical Care will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility for patient care. Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with this position, which involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. Lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
