We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at RTG Medical-Allied. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional patient care. This is a 12-week assignment with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:- Perform ultrasound examinations on patients, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the examination process.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
- Current certification in Ultrasound Technology.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a travel or mobile capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
