Responsibilities- Communicate patient progress and problems to supervisors and team members, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
- Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through programs, promoting continuity of care.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Make presentations to support marketing efforts, team conferences, and in-services, showcasing your expertise and passion for rehabilitation care.
- Perform job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable state/federal laws.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in an associate's degree.
- Current and valid state PTA license or equivalent in the states where services are rendered.
- CPR certification (when required).
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to patient care.
