Water Damage Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO of Sevier, Jefferson & Cocke Counties. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for responding to emergency water damage situations, conducting thorough assessments, and implementing effective restoration plans to minimize losses and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct thorough assessments of water damage situations to identify affected areas and develop effective restoration plans.
• Implement restoration plans using industry-standard equipment and techniques, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and drying agents.
• Monitor and document the drying process, ensuring that all affected materials and contents are properly restored or replaced.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of the restoration process and ensuring their satisfaction with the final outcome.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of restoration projects.

• 1+ year of experience in water damage restoration or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• IICRC WRT certification or higher.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
