Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lignetics. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in a related field highly preferred
• 1-5 years of experience in a maintenance or industrial setting, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, as well as work at heights and in confined spaces
