About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Steamboat Parkway Dental Care in Reno, NV. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough dental cleanings and examinations to patients
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patients' oral health needs
  • Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies to provide the highest level of care
  • Communicate effectively with patients to educate them on oral health and treatment options
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Nevada
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR Certification
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems (preferred)
