We are seeking a skilled Experiential Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As an Experiential Therapist, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing experiential therapy programming in various treatment areas. You will work closely with interdisciplinary staff and community resources to provide a comprehensive treatment experience for our patients.

• Conduct experiential therapy sessions as scheduled, evaluating and planning programming to meet patients' needs.
• Maintain a safe and well-supplied Experiential Therapy environment, being flexible with work assignments and schedule changes.
• Develop a good working knowledge of various experiential therapies, including adventure-based and environmental activities, sports, dance, group initiatives, arts/crafts, music, outdoor activities, art media, psychodrama, horticulture, and ropes and challenge course.

• A BS/BA degree in art, music, dance, recreation, or other therapies is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Certification/registration through an appropriate credentialing board is preferred.
• A valid driver's license in the state of employment is required for Residential and PHP/IOP assignments.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR or American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification is required within thirty days of hire, with annual re-certification.

• Formal training in management of the aggressive patient is preferred, including self-defense training.
• Ropes and Challenge Course training by Rogers Memorial Hospital is preferred, with yearly renewal.
